TERMS and CONDITIONS


PRICE

All price are quoted in US DOLLARS F.O.B. Indonesia, excluding packing costs, freight cost & export documentation cost.

All prices are indicative, as prices of some fishes are seasonal. Firm prices upon request and subject to validity period specified.


PAYMENT

Advance payment by Telegraphic Transfer at the point of confirmation of sale. Payment must be full payment to cover freight charges; cost of goods, packaging cost & exports documentation charges.

We will do the shipment seven (7) working days after we receive full payment. This time is needed for quarantine, fish check and preparing all the export documentation and booking the cargo for destination airport as request by customers.

MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY

Minimum order is 20 pieces for every shipment.

Please let us know about your weather condition, we need this to prepare the packaging custom.


DELIVERY LEAD TIME
We will deliver the goods 8 working days after all documents is completed. This time is needed for quarantine, fish check and export documentation. The delivery is made by air plane and normally will reach you within 48 hours. In any case, delivery time depends on air cargo space. We ship from Soekarno Hatta Airport located in Jakarta, Indonesia (CGK).


DOCUMENTATION

Consignee will get the CITES Registration, Chip, Certificates of Origin, Health Certificate,Packing List,Invoice.

PACKING

Packing charges for fish & aquatics plants :

* Box dimension 75 cm X 40 cm X 32 cm around 18 kgs consist 6 bags/box USD 9.00/box

* Box dimension 59 cm X 43 cm X 30 cm around 15 kgs consist 4 bags/box USD 7.00/box

Our standard boxes: inside Styrofoam with double plastic and newspaper and outside cartoon box with double core.


Please supply following information at or before the point of order confirmation :

• Buyers name and full address.
• Consignees telephone & Fax number and e-mail address,
• Name of destination airport.
• Name of handling agent, if any.

GUARANTEE AND CLAIM

Under normal flight/shipment conditions, our records have shown more than 95% alive on arrival at destination airport.

Claims on DOA (Death On Arrival) must be submitted by purchaser in two reports.

- The Initial DOA Report must be submitted within 4 hours of shipment delivery. Without the Initial DOA Report any claim of DOA will not be valid and thus will not be accepted.

- The Final DOA Report is optional and if needed must be submitted within 24 hours of shipment arrival. If the Final DOA Report is not received, the claim will be bound to the Initial DOA Report.

Photographic evidence of any DOA may be required and must be submitted to us by email for verification and acknowledgement as soon as they’re requested. We only accept quality pictures which clearly reveal the quantity in detail of the DOA reported. If the pictures don’t show clearly the quantity, the DOA claim will not be accepted. Our guarantee does not cover the shipping cost, applicable packing charge or required documents.

Losses due to carrier delay or mishandling must be filed with the airline. If no airline claim is filed you will not be entitled to their credit and we will demand full payment of the invoice

Handling & custom:

· +100 kgs = USD 105.00/shipment

· +250 kgs = USD 110.00/shipment

· +500 kgs = USD 125.00/shipment

· +1000 kgs = USD 175.00/shipment


Ware house fee USD 0.10/kgs


Health certificate fee (fish) USD 0.001/fish


Phythosanitary fee (aquatic plants) USD 35.00/shipment


POE Charge by Lufthansa USD 81.40/shipment


Vet Inspection by KLM USD 158.00/shipment
